MAKE A HOLIDAY STATEMENT.

Holiday dressing is upon us. Everyone I know is getting ready for a weekend of holiday parties, which means we are getting DRESSED and gathering. From being a stylist to a self-proclaimed party planner, this makes me very happy indeed : )

When it comes to holiday dressing, I am really focused on using items that are already in the wardrobe and simply giving them new life. After all, there are only so many glittery and sparkly gems we need. Both personally for myself and when I am working with clients, I encourage them to focus on buying festive gems they really LOVE, so they can be reimagined season after season. One of the ways I love to reimagine my holiday wardrobe is by adding a fun lip. A festive lipstick serves as an accessory in its own unique way. Also, it’s a really affordable way to just elevate your overall look without too much effort!

With that in mind, I am sharing 5 festive lip colors that I think are simply stunning for the festive soirees ahead : )

FESTIVE LIP NO. 1

COPENHAGEN BY NYX

A wine like red that is truly a dream. This is a soft matte lip cream that I’ve worn for years. It’s under $7 too!

PLASTIQUE BY MAC

When I want a nude that feels a little more exciting than my day to day nude, this is the one. Another color that I’ve been wearing for years.

METRO MATTE

I’ve got a thing for matte lip colors. This one is by MAC too. I love that it has a warm plum vibe. This lip color does NOT move.

ANTIQUE VELVET BY MAC

A brown lipstick? Yesssss. It’s a smidge deeper than the wine like red from above. This is for the bold gal!

PENNY BY GUCCI

A lovely matte nude that will truly elevate your holiday look. I love that this one has a warm brown undertone!
