Here's an interesting tidbit about me...I don't particularly love blazers. Well, I love them, but not on me. With that in mind, it is usually one of the things I skip over while shopping. However, I am well aware that a blazer is one of those pieces that every woman should have somewhere in her closet.

Skyline. There is something pretty magical about hanging out on the rooftop and being among the architecture that makes up your city. It has been exactly 7 months since we made the BIG move to Columbus and I gotta say, I absolutely love this city. As the 15th largest city in America, I definitely think Columbus is "underrated."

When it comes to skincare, there is no denying that the FRENCH know best. They are practically geniuses when it comes to all things beauty. Just take a moment and think about your favorite French gal. Yup, she has perfectly hydrated and glowing skin. Ahh.

So, here's the truth...I've been in a funk for the last couple of weeks. Lack of creativity, dissatisfaction, annoyance, etc. Honestly, I feel/felt like a bit of a walking zombie...just going through the motions of life. I knew something "weird' was going on when I realized I was losing my "want to", to even post here on the blog.

And hello 2-0-1-7. And yes, I am aware...I'm about a week late. However, I decided to take a much needed vacation from Instagram and publishing content here on the blog in hopes of recharging, reprioritizing and all that other fun adult stuff. There's no doubt about it, I love doing what I do. However, to keep those creative juices flowing, I've learned there are moments in time when you simply need to pull away...so that's exactly what I did. And now I am BACK.
